Welcome to The Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®!
Applicants for REALTOR® membership shall be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission of a completed application form and remittance of applicable association dues and any application fee. All new REALTOR® applicants must attend orientation within 60 days of application and complete an online Code of Ethics course through the National Association of REALTORS® website. Instructions will be emailed upon receipt of application and fees to DRAR.
Application Steps for REALTOR® Membership
Download a copy of the membership application form and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please review your application to make sure all sections including signature of your Broker-in-Charge are filled in completely. Also, submit a copy of your real estate/appraisal license or pocket card.
Contact the DRAR office at (919) 403-2117 to register for Orientation Class and submit Credit Card payment for applicable dues and fees. Orientation classes are held at DRAR on the first Thursday of each month starting at 8:15AM.
Upon receipt of membership application, the DRAR staff will review the process for joining the Triangle Multiple Listing Service and schedule applicants for attendance at a TMLS Rules and Regs class plus the Paragon course.
