60 Hour Broker Course
This
60 Hour broker course is mandatory for any real estate licensee
who wishes to obtain a broker's license. Successful completion of
the course, passing score on the school's Broker's exam, and application
approval by the NC Real Estate Commission, is the process to obtain
a NC Broker's License. The school's Broker exam will consist of
50 multiple-choice questions with 4 of those questions based on
the HUD-1. There will be no math or trust account questions
